Q: what could be the problem? im pretty sure its ddr ram and should fit. my pc is 3 years old. it has 1 gig in it now of 2 512mb cards in it now and he gave me 2 1gig cards. help
A: There is DDR and DDR2 ,not all memory stick are the same.
