Q: i m using the transcend pen drive . my pendrive does not formatt and shows the error message that "Windows cannot formatt this drive.quit any disk utitlites or other programmes that are using this drive,and make sure that no window is displaying the contents of the drive.then try formatting."and it makes a new folder inside pendrive i have deleted the new folder many times but it comes back after 5 sec i have Scanned my pen drive with AVG, mcafee and Norton and they does not detect any virus. plzz help me thanks in advance
A: Ur pendrive is attacked by Torjan horse or a worm (both r virus). I bet u will no be able to open the taskmanager too. The best way is to update the AVG antivirus and then scan ur pendrive. If every thing fails then the simplest (yet time consuming) way is to formate ur pendrive at ur friends home. just plug the pendrive and cancel the autoplay. do not open the pendrive icon. Format it there. Reinstall the operating system in ur pc by a complete format.
