What does this mean?

Q: I just got a Radeon X1300 Pro PCI Express graphics card from my friend, on the website it says: 350-Watt power supply or greater recommended (assumes fully loaded system). My computer stock power supply is 205(or at least in the 200s), what does that mean? Does that mean the card itself consumes 350 Watt!? Or is that 350 watt power supply accounted for the power needed by the hard drives and other peripherals? Also, is the Antec Earthwatts EA430 a good buy and will it get the job done?

A: The card draws it's own power. They recommend a 350 watt PS in order for everything to be powered up. You will need a more powerful PS. I recommend buying the most powerful you can afford in case you want to upgrade later. Check Newegg.com. They have reviews, good prices and excellent service. Antec and Thermalake make reliable PS.
