Q: I really need help figureing it out. When I put the files onto it, it deletes them from the computer and when I've used one before, it just made a copy.... but it wasn't by SONY. hlep. me.
A: if the files are going onto the flash drive then nothing is wrong the files should go away make sure you are copying an pasting
