A: Probably the E6600 , the E7200 is a budget chip. The E6600 is 65 nm and the E7200 is 45 nm , the 45 nm is more power efficient. A good choice would be an E8400 that will outperform an E6600 and the E8400 is 45nm. In tests the E8400 uses about 27 watts max and outperforms the E6850.
