Q: I have a wireless keyboard and mouse. Yesterday morning my computer said it had been updated and it re started, well since then my keyboard won't work. the mouse still works tho. the buttons on the top of the keyboard still work, like the www key, and the favorites key, ect. but none of the letters or numbers. any ideas what is wrong? I am using my old keyboard now but want my wireless one back! thanks!!
A: Sounds like the update hosed up your driver. Try downloading and installing the latest KB driver. Hope this helps...
