A: ok it is quite likely that you have a p2s keyboard if so turn off your computer uplug ther cable blow on it a few times to ensure there is no dust plug it back in and only then turn on the compuer if this does not fix your problem or your keyboard is usb than i would consider purchasing a new usb keyboard they are very cheap and you can buy them for as litle as $5 it isnt true what dell and microsoft tell you dell sais you must buy your keyboard with your computer or it wont work properly FAULSE microsoft says buy our keayboards or elce something will happen or that the keyboard must be vista certified if you still have problems buy a new keyboard i am sure the person at your local computer shop can guide you to purchace the keyboard just for you and trust me there are som many different keyboards media keyboards glowing keyboards silicone keyboards normal keyboards and keyboards anyway hope your problem is solved P.S. i wish i could type as well as you can with out a keyboard
