A: You have two choices. (1) Buy a whole new PC with more PCI slots. (2) Buy a new motherboard with more PCI slots and swap it out with the one that is in your computer's chassis. However, you do have the option to find external USB alternatives to the PCI devices that you want to use. This, of course, does not include sound cards or video cards. What device(s) are you hoping to add to your computer?
