Q: Could someone please help me with this..... when i turn on my computer it goes through the drives and everything....but this is what it says.. Pri Master Drive - ATAPI Incompatible Pri Slave Drive - APTAPI Inompatible Sec Master Drive - APTAPI Incompatible Sec Slave Drive - APTAPI Incompatible then i tried using the drive, because i have a cd that will fix the drivers, but it didnt work because somehow its not connecting to the divers, but i did have them all connected and working before so now its all screwed up. I also tried going to the boot menu, but the only thing it would show up as was the network and floppy drive, and i oviously dont have any boot up floppy disks, i need to have it show cd-rom, now I'm not sure that my bios is messed up or not but ive tried everything also i tried reloading the best preformance settings and the other settings as well.Also the CMOS settings are messed up cause it said battery low and i changed the battery too, but the m/d/y/,time is still wrong.
A: What changed between the time it was working and the time it stopped working? Try to reverse what you did. If you didn't make any change try setting it up with only the primary hard drive attached and set the BIOS to AUTODETECT the hard drive.
