Q: what could possibly go wrong if i over clock my video card to high? XFX Geforce 9800gtx
A: Like the others have said if you over clock it too high you can damage the Gpu, memory or both which will ruin the card. If you do over clock.. start out with 5mhz at a time and run ati tool to check for artifacts. If it artifacts back it off immediately. I will say unless you play Crysis your 9800GTX is fast enough to handle any game easily and over clocking it is pointless.
