Q: Well I was burning my music on the blank Cd this morning, my lights went out while it was copying the music on to the cd while its in the drive. When the lights came back on I turned my computer back on and tried to burn my music on to the cd again nothing pops up (it dont say if I wanna burn or nothing), can you guys please help me out, tell me why nothing comes up thank you guys.
A: the disk already has information on it - your computer won't be able to recognize it as a blank disk - therefore, you won't be able to burn music onto it easily again. ( I say that because the disk is not finalized so in theory you can put more data on it, but it is not as simple as putting the disk in and clicking record). Your best bet is to trash the CD and record another one (unless it was a rewritable).
