Q: We just got a new computer. I am trying to install our webcam. I put in the installation cd and when I go to Computer and CD-RW Drive (D:) it says that D: refers to a location unavailable. How do I make it work? Please don't tell me to plug in a ??? cord. What does the cord look like? etc. Thanks so much! When I put any CD in, it says the same thing.
A: Well, it's a new computer and something isn't installed correctly.Don't mess with it, take it back and make them fix it or send a tech to your house to do it.
