A: What i use is a damp tissue to clean my screen (not too damp, just enough to make dirt stick), if you use glass cleaner that you use on windows then there's your problem, if its a 'special' monitor cleaner then check you're not forcing the tissue into the gaps of the screen as the liquid could be getting into the workings... try using the damp cloth technique and see if the marks are removable, if not then you've properly damaged the screen in some way and you're gonna need a new one... or get a tech guy to take a look.
