If you are SURE the screen really IS maximized, adjust the horizontal width and vertical height to fit the raster to the size of the screen If you see a border around the desktop background, then it is the monitor height and width adjustments. The desktop background, even if set to NONE, will NOT have a border if the monitor is properly adjusted.
