Q: My screen has this image, on top of everything, even when I open something, such as the internet or microsoft. I keep restarting and turning off the computer but it keeps coming up! Thank you very much to anyone who can help.
A: ok what is the image is it windows xp virus? I need so more info you may have spyware or maleware on your computer or the xp virus. you may have go go to safe mode then control panel then display see if you change it. if not you need to install spy termantior and avg anti virus you may not be able to instal form the internet on your you going need to use someone with a cd burner or flash drive. once you install then you need to update them first and then run them that should find and destory the virus and spyware on your system. message me if that don't work
