Q: My friend just got a wide screen computer monitor and now when I send her pictures everything is stretched. What can she do to view them normally?
A: If she has Windows XP, right-click on the desktop (in an open area) and click on Properties. Go into Settings, and click on Advanced. After that, click on the monitor tab, and UN-CHECK "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display." After that, press Ok and then change the Screen Resolution that under the Settings tab that you should be on. Then all you need to do is press Apply and Ok.
