A: Try this: 1. Determine whether you have XP/Vista, by using the Run Command by either going to start>run or by using the Windows Key + R at the same time and typing in "winver" without the quotes. That is if you don't already know which one you have. 2. I'm on vista so this is how i would change it: -Right-Click anywhere on desktop background. -Click Personalize -Click Display Settings -Move slider to "High" as much as you can. If you are using XP this is how you would change it: -Right-Click anywhere on desktop background -Click Properties -Go to settings -Move slider to "More" as much as you can.
