Q: Ok, I have a graphic card with 1 VGA port, 1 DVI and 1 S-Video. And I've connected my 19" monitor to the VGA port and a 32" HD LCD TV through S-Video. But the qualtity on the TV us rubbish, it's like if it's in safe mode. So would DVI have better quality than S-Video?
