Q: Well I have about 1300-1800 dollar budget. Lower is better but id pay extra if I felt it was worth it. I decided to go with pc instead of mac because it looks like I can get what I want for cheaper and not all games run on a mac (yea there is bootcamp but then I have to buy vista extra 100 bucksish) I was wondering how decent of a setup this is. Also do you know one better or a website that I should go to. I just went to best buy and this is what I found. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8891684&type=product&id=1214611180474 Ok gamers lead me in the right direction please so I can start playing. Thanks Also am I going to need to buy some wireless adapter for internet because i have wireless internet?
A: Figure out the game you want to play. Look at the recommended components. Then make a selection on Tigerdirect. Do some research on Tom Hardware. Tigerdirect has video to show you how to build a PC. Also there are many video on building a PC on youtube. It is easy. If you mess up Tigerdirect will replace any components, no questions asked. Use a Nvidia 8800 video card. 2 G RAM is Ok for Vista. 6 Meg is an overkill. Motherboard AMD X2 Duo Core CPU 2.6 . It will be less than $700.00. All parts are warrantied. I hate store bought stuff. Purchase your Vista OEM from Tiger too. Check Newegg.com prices
