Q: the whole screen sows colors and i cant use it while it dose this how do i fix this i dont have another monitar and its not a virus
A: Go to control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, find Personalization, look on the bottom and find Adjust screen resolution, make it smaller, and it stops. That's what someone showed me!
