Q: My 22 inch widescreen monitor has about an inch and a half of unused black space on the sides. Monitor adjustment buttons allow full widescreen view but this distorts the images making them "fat". How can I use my entire screen without distortion--cropping is ok. Thx.
A: is your resolution set right? most 22" monitors use 1680x1050 so set it to that and see if it fixes things
