Q: I newly installed windows the Icons and Screen Resolution is too big I can't change it from properties ,do i need to install it from CD or Monitor CD ,Please help me .
A: Most likely your graphics card drivers havn't been installed. Check in device manager for missing drivers and install them first, should then allow you to change the resolution.
