Q: the power button does not work but when i press the other buttons it turned the monitor off instead of doing wot it is supposed to like the menu button turnes it off instead of goin to the menu?
A: Unplug the power cord, leave it for a few minutes (to disperse any residual power in the screen) and then plug it back in. Worked for me a couple of days ago.
