Q: I have 2 of these monitors.When you turn on the first monitor the screen goes up but at about 5-6 seconds they screen completely turns black and you can sometimes see the page your on but its dark.The 2nd monitor automatically flashes the monitor's main menu and refuses to turn off even when the exit option is chosen.Any help ? If needed for repair whats your estimate of the price ? Thanks
A: Uninstall both monitors from device manager and let windows install the proper drivers
