Q: if i had a telly that could be used for a pc monitor do i have to pay a tv licence wat if i use the tv for my wii / pc and do not watch any programs
A: I always thought you did until I saw this question on here a couple of months ago, it turns out that if you contact the tv licensing people they will come round and access the monitor/tv and if you can prove that you don't use it for watching tv they give you an exemption certificate.
