Q: When i use the roller on my mouse to move the page on screen, i can hear the pitch of the frequency get higher just for that moment. Why would the movement cause a change in pitch?
A: because the monitor is having to do more work and thus draw more electricity - this extra energy cannot be lost it is converted to either heat, light or in this case noise
