Q: I have just got a new laptop and when i'm watching the video's on you tube i try to click the full view option(full sreen) and it shows a black screen. I can watch the the video in the small window. The laptop is using windows vista and i'm not familar with all the options? Can anyone help?
A: try updating the flash player go to adobes website and look for flash player update
