Q: All right a little info on my situation. I have a desktop that has two NVidia GEForce 8600 GTS cards that have a DVI spot in the back. I have a 46" Sharp Aquos LCD about 20 feet away that I would like to use as a monitor for when I play DVD's. I know that one solution is to use HDMI to DVI cables and just run them but I was wondering if there was anything wireless or other options? 25' of HDMI cable is not the cheapest thing in the world. Thanks ahead to all who answer.
A: Try a sling box. Go to your local best buy or comp store, they should have the ability to hook something up for you wirelessly. I've seen them were they have a dvi adapter or something that communicates between dvi boxes. not sure how much something like this would be, but it's great technology and it will get cheaper as time goes on.
