Q: Ok the red's look black. And pink and purple look the same. We got a new moneter and it stayed the same. I went to control panal. Nothing. It came back on yesterday for a few hours then went off. Or sometimes if will come on for like a second then come back off. It is really makeing us mad! And explain it too me in a easy way because i'm 13.
A: Ok it sounds like your video card may be on the blink. Try re-seating the video card or replace it with another.
