Q: I got this new computer. It was once used in a school so the user was Administator. Well I was wondering how to create a new desired user? Thanks a Bunch!
A: Best bet would be to format and reinstall OS X if they've given you the disks that should have come with it (legally). Without those, you can make a new user via System Prefs>Accounts, but that's not ideal because you have no idea what kind of crap is installed on there.
