Q: When i play sims 2 for like 20 minutes it all of a sudden freezes for like 10 seconds then the screen turns off, i've tried pressing ctrl alt and del but it doesn't work anymore i dunno if this helps (and i don't want too much emphasis on this) I've recently changed the login style from the little box to the Windows Welcome Theme could that have something to do with the CTRL ALT and DEL thing I've made sure the cords are clean, dustless, aren't bent, tight they're all that. A: perhaps its your graphics card.. cames like the sims wont require a top of the range graphics card but will need an average + one also limit the amount of processes running in the background of ur computer when you play the sims.. i used to play on a laptop which would only allow me to play for about 20 mins before saying "application terminated" still to this day not sure why that used to happen but its all to do with the running system etc. i dont think you changing the CTRL ALT DEL thing would make much of a difference and probably not any !
