A: Yeah if the tv has a VGA connection that will be by far the easiest one to setup jut plug the VGA cable straight in and should work, if your PC has a dedicated TV output and you wanted to use the TV as a second display then you would need slightly different cables, depending on the video card output type. To connect the sound you will probably need a 3.5mm headphone jack to 2xRCA connection (red/white)
