Q: my apartment already has cable, but i heard you can pretty much use your computer monitor as a television to watch the cable programs. anyone knows how?
A: There r two option for watching cable TV on Monitor (1) You have to install TV tunor card on your motherboard and install software for that. U can easily watch cable TV programme and u can also capture programme on ur harddisk. (2) You have to purchase external TV tunor card. You can easily watch cable TV programme direct on monitor without using ur CPU.
