Q: Okay, so my computer screen has a green tint to it its been like this for a while now. When it started, it would go and come, but then it was normal for like a month, and now its back and its not going away. What is this? Also, my computer is acting wierd when it comes to the internet. It just closes at the most random times. Could this be related to the green screen? Please help if you can, I'm getting headaches because of this stupid thing... I tried degaussing it like you guys said, but that didn't waork... When I degaussed it, there was a color flash and it shook a bit, but it just went back to green after that. There are no magnets around the computer..... So, maybe I do need a new monitor.. =[[.
A: Usualy that colour thing is a dying monitor (as far as I know only CRTs, not LCDs). more oftern they go pink but I think green is equaly possable. If your monitor is an LCD perticluarly running DVI then I think it may be something else. try riggling the monitor cable and see what happens.
