Q: i can't work out if my computers broken or not and how to fix it !!!! My computer has a box that appears on the screen saying no sync and also an orange light appears when usually its green and also i know i don't have a virous or downloaded anything latey the really weird thing is i had the same problem happen to me before but i was able to fix but this time im not able
A: There is a cable connecting either your PC box or your laptopn to the monitor. Make sure both the ends of the cable are plugged in tighttly. The one that goes to your monitor just needs to be pushed in. Sometimes, it doesnt hold tight, try pushing it max, and then adjusting the plug vertically/horizontally. The end that connects to your PC box or laptop, needs to be tightened with screws (built into the plug at that end).
