Q: i have the compaq v75 I mean like how do i tell which resoloution is best for my graphic card or something
A: More often than not, it is your monitor that determines your best resolution. Not your graphics card. Find out what the native resolution is for your monitor (usually but not always the highest resolution you can set it to) and set that as your resolution. This will give the best picture that your monitor can produce. Most 19" monitors are 1440x900, 20" and 22" are 1680x1050 and 24" are mostly 1920x1200
