Q: Okay so i turned on my computer and the only thing that came up was a menu of all the programs and documents of the things on the computer. And if i exited that the screen just went black even though it was still on. And i couldn't find the start menu or anything it was just a blank screen. I tried restarting it and the same thing happened. I managed to get to the control panel and found the background thing in the tools. And clicked on it. I got the normal background again. but still the same thing. If i exited the menu box. It was just the background on the screen and that's it. I need to get the ''start menu" back. But i have no idea how to.
