Q: So, when I go online, part of the screen is white, like 1/4 or so. It says done most of the time. so its already loaded, it still works and stuff...its just kind of annoying. What does that mean? And how do I fix it?
A: If the page still has white portions like you are describing that means the page has not fully loaded... even if internet explorer is telling you it's "done." I don't know what kind of internet you have, but if you are waiting for long amounts of time for pages to load and there are still white sections, either you need new internet or your internet service provider is having a very slow period. Nothing you can do but try refreshing the page or unplugging your router and replugging it in (if you even have a router; if you have dial-up than unplug the modem and plug it back in).
