Q: I use my monitor to both play Xbox and browse the net, but one day after switching the cables for the monitor from xbox to pc, I noticed that the whole display shrunk! This doesn't happen when I'm on the xbox, only on the PC, which just confuses me. I tried changing resolutions, and noticed the black gap would only close on the lowest resolution, which truly peeves me. Anything higher leaves a gap. I tried the horizontal and vertical settings the monitor, but I've gotten no luck. Is there any way to fix this? It really messes with the quality of everything I look at on the PC. (It's also VERY distracting.)
A: Well if its not the resolution, then I think because the resolution for an Xbox may be different check on your monitor where the buttons are, there should be one that says Auto, press that and see if it fixs it. If that doesn't work or you dont have that button, I don't know what to do
