Q: ok this is the problem: 1 month ago i hit my LCD (accidentally) with a think 1 day after the accident it start to have some kinda blue spots in the place when he was hit now here is the question: can i fix the monitor? i have the guaranty of the monitor for the next 2 years can they fix the monitor?
A: I think you can test your monitor for damaged pixels by selecting "test monitor" on google search.Once you find the extent of damage....you can try to convince the damage wasn't caused by you,it was a manufacture defect.You might be able to get away with a new monitor,it all depends if they find out the damage was caused by neglect....I would try because you don't have anything to lose.Often it all really is a question of how good your warranty policy is and the person who makes the decision.Good Luck.
