Q: my dell was woking fine and it is a fast computer but the other day i was on it and it just completly froze and went all weird colored and then when i forced it off it and turned it back on it and there was vertical colored lines going to the whole way across the screen and then some white pathches sometimes if i leave it there the computer goes to the log in screen then i log in and then it will let me go on normal for a while then it freezes again and does the same thing all over i know its complicated its just i dont want ot ring dell if you could help me i would really appreciate it
A: It sounds to me like your display is going bad on you. It could also be an overheating problem. I think you're going to have to call Dell.
