Q: i accidentally touched the computer screen with a screwdriver i was playing with as i pointed something out to my brother. i didn't realize that it could mess with the magnetic field and now i have this green discoloured spot at the bottom of my monitor. If i use the deguass process, what will happen and how long will it take? i have no idea how it works. thx in advance :)
A: You can't degaus your PC, but you can your monitor. Takes 2 seconds. It might clear that spot, and it might not, but trying it won't hurt anything. Good luck.
