should iget the monitor or the pc first?

Q: i cant decide if i want to get the w2207 hp monitor at 350 first (with my dell that has 128mb vram) or the Acer Aspire AM5641-U5520A Desktop Computer first at after tax about 550 or so (its has a 256mb gforce integrated vram or so http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Acer-Aspire-AM5641-U5520A-Desktop-Computer-AM5641U5520A/sem/rpsm/oid/214074/catOid/-12962/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do if i get the acer desktop then by the time i have enough money for the monitor it will probaly be on sale but if i get the monitor i can enjoy its awesome buity well saving up for the acer. p.s. i have a paper rout and alowines so i will only be makeing about 100 bucks mabey 120 bucks a month on my "salery" if it can so be called that so which should i get first i only have about 250 bucks saved up so far and thats straching it (I really want the monitor its so awesome) tell me what i want and whay and you get 10 points

A: You didn't say what you have for a monitor now, but I'll assume it is not so good. Another option: new 256 video card for your Dell, and the monitor. If you buy the new PC you get all the added benefits of a faster better computer and the benefit of the reduced price of the screen later. If you get just the screen, you only get the benefit from the Dell's card so the new monitor won't look as good as in the store. It really depends on what you NEED. My vote would be for faster all around computer, or new card and screen. Gets you more and your screen can't be that bad. Then there is birthday and holiday money that might get you the cheaper screen faster. And you'll have a back up computer.
