Q: i had a new graphics card fitted at PC World 2 weeks ago and since then sometimes my pc starts ok and other times i can hear the cooling fans but the monitor stays black so i have to press the start button untill it goes off and try again, are they obliged to fix it or will they charge me again
A: If it happened when they updated it, it can be proven. If you go into administrator, it will tell you the last time that it worked ok. You can reset it to an earlier state but then you may lose your upgrades. If it is true that PC world were the cause of the fault when it was in their possession then they should fix it for you free of charge. If not, complain complain complain!
