Q: My daughter was using her computer this afternoon and it was fine ... then all of a sudden the colors on the monitor changed. There's no red/pink now. I tried fooling around with it a little but nothing I did helped. The monitor is only 6 months old. It's a 17" Synaps flat screen, if that helps. Thanks!
A: did you recently unplug the monitor? you may have bent one of the connector pins when plugging it in. if this is the case, be very careful when bending the pin back straight.
