Q: The little symbols on the keypad light up and all but the screen is black!
A: This could be caused because your inverter could be gone. I would know because we recently fixed a laptop at our shop and the inverter was shot. Only way to tell for sure is to take it into a shop and have them look at it, worst case scenario your onboard video on the laptop could be gone.
