A: OUTPUT, meaning that you can conect it to a t.v with an hdmi port and view you computer on the t.v.Since it is an output, you cannot connect a consloe to it, for that u'll need to get a t.v tuner card /usb stick to plug up your tv to your computer/ console!...hope it helps!
