Q: ok, this is hard to explain but i have a monitor and when i go to scroll down on a page, insted of screen flowing down nicely, it takes alot of time, the page has to entirely overwrite its self with the new stuff, its really slow too....its like on a tv, when the reception is out and the screen has bars just going down the screen, yeah, thats whats up with my monitor, except its the whole screen?? ideas? ok, its a new computer, im guessing i need video drivers....because i have 3gb ram i needed drivers :p
