Q: I have the vga cable,power cable and serial cable with usb adapter hooked up.i have a great picture.mouse and key board all work.i do all normal functions.i downloaded the drivers from a cd that came with monitor.my touch features still do not work!Any ideas
A: I can only suggest that the drivers alone are not enough. There should be configuration tools or at least a calibration program. Consult your CD again and see if there is any bundled software that let's you use the hardware. You have your drivers which allows Windows to see the Monitor and display a picture, but the touchscreen is going to fall under Human Interface Devices (maybe) as some even show up as mice. If this does not work, go ahead and contact me and together, let's troubleshoot this baby down and spank it like a newborn and get it to breath again. Good Luck
