Q: I cant see the movie on the screen it just flashes green and black back and forth sometimes and other times I can only hear sound but the screen will be black. I get a message to update my video driver and I did but I still cant get a picture.
A: I am getting the same exact thing but I used to be able to watch movies instantly on the Netflix site before...let me know if you figure out the problem! Are you using Internet Explorer?
